Yesterday, 102 female intending pilgrmis were deported via Max Airline to Nigeria. Destination; Sultan Abubakar III International Airport, Sokoto,

Few hours later, precisely  8.30.p.m, 510 intending pilgrims from Jigawa, Katsina, Kano, and Zamfara states arrived Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, Kano.

Following yesterday's development, the total number of deported Nigerians falls a little above 1000 since the the transportation of pilgrims to this year’s Hajj began on September 19.

The deported Nigerians were denied entry into the Holy Land because they traveled without a ``Mahram’’ (male companion) as prescribed by the Shari’ah.
